Ingredients

  • 500g pork (tenderloin, chops, or boneless cubes/strips)
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 cup Zesta Fiery Pineapple Sauce
  • ½ cup chicken stock or water (optional, for extra gravy)
  • 1 onion, sliced (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced (optional, for color & crunch)
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh coriander or spring onion, chopped (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1 - Prepare pork

  • Slice pork into strips, cubes, or keep chops whole. Season lightly with salt & pepper.

Step 2 - Cook pork

  • Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add pork and sear until browned and just cooked through (about 5–7 mins for strips/cubes, 12–15 mins for chops). Remove and set aside.

Step 3 - Build the sauce

  • In the same pan, add onion and bell pepper (if using), stir-fry 2–3 mins.
  • Pour in Zesta Fiery Pineapple Sauce. If you want it more saucy, add ½ cup stock or water. Simmer 2–3 mins.

Step 4 - Combine

  • Return pork to the pan, toss to coat, and let simmer 2–3 mins so flavors absorb.

Step 5 - Serve

  • Garnish with coriander or spring onion.
  • Goes well with rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes.
