MANGO CHILLI GLAZED FISH

Ingredients

  • 4 fish fillets (tilapia, snapper, cod, or any firm white fish)
  • 2 tbsp oil (or butter)
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup Zesta Mango Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon or lime juice (optional, for freshness)
  • Fresh coriander or spring onion, chopped (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1 - Prep fish

  • Pat fish dry with paper towels. Season lightly with salt & pepper.

Step 2 - Cook fish

  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
  • Cook fillets 3–4 minutes per side (depending on thickness) until golden and just cooked through. Remove and keep warm.

Step 3 - Make glaze

  • In the same pan, pour in the Zesta Mango Chilli Sauce.
  • Add lime or lemon juice if you like extra tang.
  • Simmer 1–2 minutes until slightly sticky.

Step 4 - Combine

  • Return fish to the pan and spoon sauce over it, letting it coat well (about 1 minute).

Step 5 - Serve

  • Garnish with coriander or spring onion.
  • Best with steamed rice, coconut rice, or roasted veggies.
