LEMON AND HERB SAUCE CHICKEN RECIPE

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts or thighs
2–3 tbsp cooking oil (or butter)
1 cup
Zesta Lemon & Herb Sauce
½ cup chicken stock (or water, optional if you want more gravy)
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley or coriander, chopped (for garnish)
Directions
Step 1 - Cook the chicken
Season chicken lightly with salt and pepper (don’t over-salt since the sauce may already have seasoning).
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Step 2 - Warm the sauce
In the same pan, add the
Zesta Lemon & Herb Sauce.
If you want it lighter, add a splash of chicken stock or water. Stir well.
Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Step 3 - Combine
Return chicken to the pan, coat well with the sauce, and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Step 4 - Serve
Garnish with chopped parsley or coriander.
Pairs well with rice, roast potatoes, or even pasta.
