For Paneer Pakoda: ¼ cup Zestacorn flour ¼ cup all-purpose flour ½ tsp crushed pepper ½ tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tsp Zesta soy sauce ¼ tsp salt ½ tsp ginger-garlic paste ¼ cup water 9 cubes of paneer / cottage cheese Oil for deep frying
For gravy: 4 tsp oil 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 4 tbsp spring onion, chopped 2 tbsp onion, finely chopped 2 green chillies, slit ½ capsicum, green & red, cubed 2 tbsp Zesta vinegar 2 tbsp Zesta soy sauce 5 tbsp Zesta Fruity & Spicy Sauce ¼ tsp crushed pepper ¼ tsp salt

Step 1
Firstly, prepare the Zesta cornflour batter adding spices.
Step 2
Further, dip cubes of paneer / cottage cheese and deep fry in hot oil.
Step 3
Fry the paneer till they turn golden and crisp.
Step 4
Drain off the fried paneer onto a kitchen paper and keep aside.
Step 5
Prepare the gravy by heating 4 tsp oil and sauté 2 cloves of garlic.
Step 6
Also, add 2 tbsp spring onion, 2 tbsp onion, and 2 green chillies; sauté well.
Step 7
Furthermore, add ½ capsicum (green & red) and sauté slightly.
