3 Large Russet Potatoes
⅓ cup Zesta Choma Sauce
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
1 tablespoon Dried Oregano
1 tablespoon Paprika
½ cup Vegetarian Parmesan Cheese


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Thoroughly wash the potatoes, cut them in half, and slice them into wedges.

Step 3

Toss the wedges in Zesta Choma Sauce and seasonings.

Step 4

Place them on a baking sheet, skin side down.

Step 5

Bake for 40-50 minutes.
